I told him I was a new rider and I only went in because a coworker had recommended it as well as a few helmet brands, and Tomasz was already giving me recommendations on what to buy as well as offered to give me more insight with certain brands, features, etc. Definitely knowledgeable, he set me up with a helmet to make sure everything fits the right way while going over specific features. He was also able to help a customer while still being attentive to me, though we all ended up in conversation about riding, which makes me feel more comfortable with the whole shopping experience! I ended up leaving the store with more confidence and satisfaction knowing the guys there are friendly and happy to help, not to mention I came out with a new helmet and gloves.
